PROCEDURES
Our regular service is offered as follow:
We pass once before 6:00 am when 5 cm have accumulated, especially as early as possible after the snow plow have passed in the street.
We come by again at least once, or twice, as needed before 17:00 h to make sure everything is clean before your return home.
If needed, depending on the snow storm , times can be modified to ensure that you can move in or out of your driveway as easily as possible. You can alway verify on the web site or on facebook , we try to announce every move as soon as possible.
-It is important to confirm your contract for the winter by sending your payment by October 15th. We will then install the pickets by November 1st
and we will have them removed in the spring time.
-If we have received more than 5 cm of snow, we will pass once before 6:00 a.m. and then again once or more times between 8:30 a.m. and 17:00 p.m. In order
to ensure your satisfaction and that the work is done well, it is recommended that you remove all cars from the driveway before 9:00 a.m.
The schedual can always change in accordance with snowfall times to insure the best service to our customers
-The best place to know our schedual is to check out our website or Facebook page, where we try to inform you of our work schedual.
-In order to ensure that nothing gets damaged or broken, it is important to remove items and objects from the driveway witch may become covered
by snow and consequently get damaged during the snow removal process. Please note that we cannot avoid what we cannot easily see and we will not be responsible
for damaged good hidden in the snow.
-Should you have items or objects that may be obstacles and could potentially be damaged, we recommend that you mark them with a picket. Should
you notice that something has been broken, please let us know immediately.
-The contractor keeps the right to omit cleaning a driveway if the driver judges that there is a danger for the property or for the tractor (ice, vehicules,
objects in driveway, etc.).
-The customer is responsible for applying salt or abrassive material if there is presence of ice in driveway.
-A fee of 25 $ will be added for any returned cheques by the bank.
-Administration fee of minimum 60 $ will be kept for cancelled contract by the customer before the end of the contract.
-For apartment building owners: only one person should be held responsible for contacting us in any cases.
-Altough we try our best to blow the snow at strategic places on your lawn.we cannot be held responsible for trees or shrubs breaking due to the excess weight of snow.
-If we lack space to blow the snow, we will not be able to do our work properly, and service could be interupted.
-Don't hesitate to contact us if the pickets are damaged or missing.
-We will not be held responsible for parking or other tickets . We are not responsible if a customer damages his/her car on our equipement ,pickets or snow .
